Delivery
Orders placed for In Stock items will be dispatched same-day if ordered before 2pm.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped with a courier with tracking and signature
Courier Packages are sent "Next Working Day" - Remote areas and Ireland are exceptions to this rules - shipping to these areas will take 2 days. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping to Republic of Ireland
When ordering for delivery to the Republic of Ireland please ensure you select this as the country and not United Kingdom.
This will mean you do not pay VAT at the point of sale, but you will be required to pay Customs Duty / VAT to the courier before the item can be delivered.
Missing Items on Delivery
On rare occasions, an item may be missing from your delivery. Please email admin@partsplace.co.uk within 5 working days with your order number and what you are missing and we will have it sent out to you as soon as possible.
